For our full-service clients, we’re with you from beginning to end. Whether you already have a design board created or need help with your vision, we’re here to help! We love working with you to create the most unique and personalized floral designs.
Full Service Weddings
Our full service minimum begins at $3,500.
- Unlimited email communication
- Detailed line priced estimates
- Custom bloom + design board
- Design Consultation
- Any rentals from the Root and Wilde collection
- Final Venue Walkthrough or Final Consultation
- Design of personal florals such as: bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, hair combs, etc.
- Design of ceremony florals such as: arch installations, alter pieces, aisle markers, etc.
- Design of reception florals such as: centerpieces, chandelier installations, specialty installations, signage florals, cake flowers, etc.
- Full-Service Delivery and Set Up of all florals to your wedding venue. You won’t have to lift a finger!
- Late Night Pick Up/Strike of all R+W rentals and clean up of any florals
For our clients who may not need a full-service package, we’ve got you covered! This is for those couples who might just need personal florals for a small, intimate wedding or elopement. Maybe you don’t need delivery and set up - that’s a-okay! We’d still love to help flower your special day!

If you decide we’re a good fit for you, you’ll pay your 20% retainer and sign the dotted line. CONGRATS! You’re officially a Root and Wilde bride! From here, we will schedule your design consultation and work with you + your vendors to make all your floral dreams come true all the way up until your wedding day.
03. LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL!
After you submit your questionnaire + inspo photos, will get started on your floral estimate! Once we finish your estimate, we will send it your way and schedule a phone consultation. Here we will go through your estimate together so we can answer any questions you may have + make any changes you might need!

Sam + Jordan were married in Spring Branch at Park 31. These two spark joy and laughter wherever they go! Their white + green florals were such a compliment to their personalities. They partied until well after the sun went down while surrounded by their best friends and family for a night they will never forget.

We typically begin booking for the next season 12-18 months out with the majority of our events booked 6 months out. 12 months is a great time to start reaching out to your preferred florists. It's never too early to secure your vendors!
When do we need to book for our wedding or event?
Yes! We are a professional floral studio and we operate with liability insurance year-round. We are happy to provide a COI for your venue or planner if requested.
Our venue requires a COI, are you insured?
After working from our home garage for 2 years, we have a small, creative studio in San Marcos. While we're not open to the public, this is where we hold our client consults and host small, private workshops from time to time!
Do you have a shop or studio?
Each and every event has unique needs based on the size, venue, and design preferences and so we create a custom estimate for every client. Our starting point for full service clients is $3,000 before taxes + fees. The average Root and Wilde couple spends $4,500 - $7,500.
What is your pricing? Do you offer packages?
Of course! We love to travel personally and professionally! Want to have a wedding in Montana, we’ll be there! Always dreamed of having an intimate dinner party wedding in Paris? On se voit là-bas (see you there)!
Do you travel outside of the Texas Hill Country?
Full-service weddings include complete design for ceremony, reception, and personal florals. Full service clients will receive a detailed design + bloom board as well as a minimum of 2 in-person consultations during the planning process. Basically, we're here for whatever and whenever you need us!
